Anke Roux: I have been working in the media for 15 years. In that time, I spent almost eight years as the food editor of SA's leading food magazine- Fresh Living Magazine. I have 15 years of food styling experience which includes film, advertising, packaging, online and editorial. I am currently a freelance food stylist and creative content editor. I put together tailor-made teams to create content for various clients for both the digital and print platforms.
